"The three builders selected have every element of customer service and new home building down to a fine art and the Warranty Program is proud to be associated with them." "The Ernest Assaly Awards are recognized across the province by both builders and new home buyers as a sign of quality," says Land Ark President Stephen Rolston. "We can’t wait to share this with our team of employees, consultants and trade partners—all of whom are dedicated to quality, service, innovation and efficiency." Established in 1990, the Builder of the Year awards are named after ONHWP’s first Chair, and prominent Ottawa builder, the late Ernest W. Assaly.
